A Brief History of U.S. Antitrust Law – Part Two

This series condenses the history of antitrust law and enforcement to make it easier for readers to gain a practical understanding of how antitrust thinking and jurisprudence have evolved over the last century and a half. In Part Two, we will focus on the return to structuralism, the Celler–Kefauver Act of 1950, and the Hart–Scott–Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
